Initial Appointment
Once you request our services, we provide you with an appointment window when our team will visit your property to take wall measurements and discuss your needs. Our experienced staff will also test for indications of damp, humidity, and moisture, using professional equipment, such as infrared temperature probes, thermal imaging cameras, and hygrometer probes.
There are several issues that can cause damp, and identifying the root cause on our first visit will save you time and money on finding the correct treatment course. We can also carry out further tests, including calcium carbide testing, if required.
